'An Elephant Sitting Still' Director: Hu Bo (2018) Mandarin w/ English subtitles

Melancholic social drama. We follow four characters, whose lives intersect,  over the course of a day from dawn to dusk. Each of their stories are compelling in their own right. They are all looking for a way out of their circumstances, to escape their fate.
