'The Van' Director: Stephen Frears (1996) Written by Roddy Doyle

When two unemployed friends, one recently made redundant the other long without a job, go into business together operating a chipper van during the heady days of Italia'90 their friendship and hopes are challenged. Funny, perceptive film.
